PERSONALITY
Nemy is sweet, kind, and caring. Usually, he'd never hurt a fly. He cares deeply about every living creature and will do anything to defend his friends. He's very hyper, and loves to have fun. He's really just interested in exploring and seeing what he can do. While Nemy loves to make friends, he is very socially awkward and takes things rather literally.
Although he's rather sweet, Nemy will go absolutely feral under the right circumstances. If you hurt him, or especially his friends, he will not hesitate to throw down.
APPEARANCE
Nemy isn't afraid to to wear feminine clothing, and rather enjoys experimenting with his wardrobe if given the chance.
He's 4'3" and has fluffy blonde hair, with a short black undercut. His eyes are big and a golden color. He has a lot of freckles, and is usually smiling. Nemy wears big circular glasses, which no one is sure if he actually needs to see. He has fuzzy antennas poking out from his hair. Along with that, his ears are pierced.
Usually his outfit is a black and yellow turtleneck sweater, black shortalls, white and yellow thigh highs, and black boots.
RELATIONSHIPS

best friend!
he loves hanging out with her. she helps him socialize with people, and helps him live normally in general! if it wasn't for her, he'd still be wandering around out in the middle of nowhere.
ILLIUM
a bit of a mentor (except he doesn't really learn anything)
he thinks shes cool, and will take small jobs for her from time to time. he enjoys the busywork, and it's usually quite fun.
